What shipping methods does SelKirk® offer?

Small Parcel and less-than-truckload (LTL) options are available. Options vary based on quantity and product ordered.

Is International shipping available?

At this time, we currently only ship domestically to the US-48 states. For orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact a SelKirk® customer service agent for assistance.

How long will it take to get my order?

Transit times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Average transit times are typically between 7-10 business days but can be shorter or longer. An ETA will be provided on your sales confirmation and tracking information will be sent as soon as it becomes available.


What types of payment are accepted?

We accept debit and credit cards as payment.

Is it safe to purchase flooring online?

Yes, buying flooring online has never been easier. We offer an easy to use floor finder to help you identify which flooring product works best for you and our flooring calculator will also help you determine how much you actually need to purchase. At SelKirk® Floors, we also have agents standing by ready to assist you as needed.

How do I place an Order?

All orders are placed through Our agents are available to help assist with questions about products or installation, but all orders will be placed using the online store.

Can I cancel order change my order?

a. For order cancellation, you must call and speak directly with a SelKirk® Floors customer service agent within 24-hours from the time an order was originally placed. Cancellations are subject to approval by SelKirk® and will be confirmed in writing.
b. For order modifications, we are unable to modify or make any changes to shipping methods or quantities once an order has shipped. All modification requests must be made directly with a SelKirk® Floors agent and will be confirmed in writing.

How can I track my order?

Order tracking becomes available once your order has left the SelKirk® Floors warehouse. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided.

How do returns work?

Returns are authorized on a case-by-case basis. Please contact a SelKirk® Floors customer service agent to initiate a return request. Please refer to SelKirk® Returns policy for full details.


Are samples available?

a. Samples are available for all flooring products free of charge. Samples are limited to (5) per household and multiple orders will not be accepted.
b. If you need a larger sample, we will do our best to accommodate. Please contact a SelKirk® Floors agent for assistance. Cost and restrictions may apply.
